关于用automation gateway和VB进行PRO/E二次开发问题

大家好，我用VB进行PRO/E二次开发，用automation gateway4.2（AGW），安装不能使用，望高手帮助解决。
    机器P42.0，256M，WIN2000SP4，PRO/E WILDFIRE 2.0。安装AGW，未出错误提示，授权文件和PRO/E安装的类似。
    安装完，运行PRO/E，错误如下：AGW server will not start，wrong PRO/Engineer Versionl。Required Pro/Engineer Version Wildfire. Manufacturing code at least 2003490。启动应用程序"AGWsyncSsrver"失败。这段话是说我的AGW服务没启动，说我的PRO/E版本太低，需要2003490以后的版本，可是我用的是pro/e wildfire 2.0啊。
    直接启动AGW y4.2 for wildfire,出现DOS窗口，出现连接成功successful！信息。
    用AGW自带的AGW4.2 installation test 进行安装检查,结果如下:
      GWAX asynchronous client successfully created.
      SAGW synchronous client successfully created.
      ERROR: GWAX client connect error: 98500  
      ERROR: SAGW client connect error: 103
查找帮助文件：
98500错误解决方法：Check that you have a valid license.dat file. Older licenses will not work with new releaes。or  Open the gw.dat file in the Gateway install directory and confirm that the path specified points to the current location of the license.dat.。or  Be sure the FlexLM license server is running. Also, be sure the paths of the Setup tab in the FlexLM license manager have been set properly. The lmgrd.exe and license.dat paths should be set to the path to those files. The default location is the Gateway install directory.。
103错误代码为:GSPE_UNABLE_TO_CONNECT。
用VB编程，添加agw ActiveX控件可以，但是，VB的数据传递不到PRO/E。
请问高手，上述错误是什么原因引起的，是授权文件不对？PRO/E版本太低？或者PRO/E非正版的缘故？或者安装设置的原因？
