UF_DRF_inherit_type_t inherit_type );
   
tag_p_t  part_occs Input the i-th feature to be annotated
occurs in the occurence of the part
given by part_occs. A null tag
part occ is valid  
  
请教各位高手，第三个参数应该怎么得到？
我还是看不懂这个注释！
这个函数使用时应该注意什么？
